I often get asked what I do to get my 6-pack abs. Here are 3 movements that I do consistently to help keep my core strong. Remember, there are a lot of factors involved in having abs that show. I my whole foods, vegan diet to a lot of it. Don’t worry so much about getting a 6 pack, as having a strong core and healthy weight. It will come as a result.
