Dry roasted and ground oats. Take any unflavoured oats,dry roast them and grind them. You can make this powder and keep it.
1cup rava(sooji) , cream of wheat
2cups curd
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds
Chopped onions
Olive oil
Salt to taste n water to mix

Masala potatoes
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Boiled mashed potatoes
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Salt
Olive oil

For plain Uttapa do not add potatoes ,add a few drops of olive oil and turn over.

Chutney/Indian sauce
Green chillies
Coriander green
Garlic
Tomatoes
Salt to taste
Add little water if needed.
