– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp nutmeg
– sprinkle of ground cloves
– chopped apples
– chopped pecans
