This shake will help you reach your muscle gain goals! A weight gain shake doesn’t have to be full of dairy, artificial flavors, refined and processed proteins and junk! Save your money and make your own healthy weight gain shake! (Recipe Below)

I show the nutrient value of this shake on shake is a meal, not a supplement. However, it should not take the place of all meals. It is designed to assist you in adding to your daily nutrient and caloric intake. If you eat fewer calories than you burn it will be very difficult to gain muscle. If you eat many more calories than you burn it will be difficult to stay lean. You must experiment with different and nutritious foods and different amounts of calories to see what suits you personally.

The human body is not designed to be able to take in 1000 calories quickly. To maximize the nutrition benefit of this shake, drink it slowly over the course of 30 minutes. If you have chew-able chunks in your shake, even better.

*Important Note – This shake has 28.5 grams of protein.
It is necessary to monitor how much protein you’re getting. Too much of a good thing is not good. Your body still has to deal with the excess nutrients.

I have been able to add muscle with no problems eating between 60-90gm of plant based protein per day which is 0.8gm/kg – 1.2gm/kg.
