Try this fun movement to develop your traps and upper body. Lot’s of people find the traps a tough muscle to target through bodyweight movements, so here is one that has helped me. It is a little difficult, so I will be putting a beginner video up in the next couple days. If this is a bit too intense for you stay tuned for that.
