This is a follow up to the video I posted a couple days ago. I realize that movement was a little advanced for some people so here is one for the beginners or intermediates. With that being said, I still use these movements but often add weight in the form of a weighted belt or backpack.

Always focus on engaging the muscles you are trying to workout. The mind muscle connection is a powerful one.
