Behold, the creamiest vegan, pasta sauce EVER! If there was a sauce to conquer all, this would be it! Cashews provide the perfect creamy base, while nutritional yeast gives it that cheesy taste (not to mention it’s high levels of vitamin B12!)

Best of all, it only takes 10 minutes!!

Even if you’re not vegan or avoid dairy.. why not enjoy this healthier version of a classic!


– 1 cup cashews
– 1 cup unsweetend almond milk
– 1/4 cup (heaping) nutritional yeast
– 1 tsp dijon mustard
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 2-4tbsp chopped onion (try a little first, if you need more flavour add more)
– salt to taste (I use the grinder a few times)
– Sprinkle with pepper

Blend until the cashews are completely smooth

***I used the magic bullet in the video, but I have also made it with my Vitamix/food processor. I like that the magic bullet is a small container though and it had no trouble blending the cashews.
If your blender has a problem blending the cashews, soak them before hand. ***
