Try this easy and delicious homemade version of some popular bars I like. I’ve kicked them up a notch with a few extra ingredients. Let me know what you think!

Ingredients:

3 cups dates (pitted)
3 tbsp (or more) or your favourite nut/seed butter
2 handfuls of nuts/seeds
1/4 cup of shredded coconut
1/4 cup of dairy chocolate chips (optional)

Blend or chop all the ingredients together and form into bars or balls. Add rolled oats if you want to make them less sweet. Experiment by adding different ingredients like cinnamon, shredded ginger or pumpkin spice. A favourite of mine is lemon zest!
