Get fit with me #2 – The calories and macros and nutrition included at the end of this video are here just for your information and I do not track anything unless I make these kind of videos, and you shouldn’t aim to eat exactly like me .. it’s purely to show you can get lots of nutrients in just 2 meals on a wholesome plant based diet 🙂

BREAKFAST (pre-workout) :
Oats, Quinoa puffs, Almond Flakes, Hemp Seeds, Pepitas, Cacao nibs, Kiwi, Peach, Blueberries, Blackberries, Banana, Almond Butter, Almond milk 🙂

LUNCH (post workout)
Greens (lettuce), Carrot Dahl from my Avocado, Tomato, Boiled Sweet Potato and chopped tortilla

WORKOUT : around 50 mins run +
10 step-ups
10 push-ups
20 crab walks
10 bench jumps
repeat twice
