BREAKFAST
3 or 4 frozen bananas
2 dates
1 cup almond-coco milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
lime juice
1/3 cup oats
toppings of your choice

LUNCH : BAGAFEL (shall I say Baegafel !)

half huge baguette
oil hummus (recipe in mye book)
lettuce
tomato, cucumber, 1 tbsp soy yogurt mixed with herbs and pepper.
Falafels : 1 can chickpea, 0.7 cup flour, 1 shredded carrot, 1 tbsp cumin, 14 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1 handful parsley, 1/3 cup onion blend all, form balls, bake in the oven.
sauce : tahini + water

Workout :

5 min skipping
4 min rowing

Circuit 2 sets :
crab walk x 40
jump squat x 20
alternating sumo squat x 15
high plank + knee drive x 10 each
skaters x 30

Triceps/shoulder ext 3 sets of 12 reps

Overhead burpee x 20
Side lunge + knee drive x 10 each
Tuck jump x 10
Push up alternate tricept/shoulders
10 glute bridge + 10 hip drops 3 sets
plank walk x 20
last exercise x 20
