everyone so in this video we are going to talk about juicing and smoothies and what are my views on it. Well as you can tell from watching the videos on this channel I’m a big fan of getting in all your vegetables. One of the best ways to do that is with a blender or juicer. One of the main reasons I say this is because you will get to put in a lot more vegetables (spinach,kale,beets,carrots etc) than you could normally eat. This is a huge plus seeing how we don’t get enough fiber in our diets and that leads to so many other health problems that people are experiencing every time they eat. However the only draw back to living off a smoothie and juicing fast is that at some point in time you are going to want to eat something. That’s why we have teeth. To chew. So I recommend that we get a good balance of both. You can start your day off with a green smoothie but then when it’s time to eat something after your work out or at lunch or dinner time. Make it a meal that you can chew on. We have teeth for this very reason so I truly believe that we are going to want to eat during our day. So no matter what live style you decide to live or diet you decide to follow. Make it a point that your first meal of the day be one that gets in ALL YOUR VEGETABLES!
