Recipe:

For the Flour:
1 cup Buckwheat
1 cup Rolled oats
(Blend these ingredients before adding the wet ingredients)

Wet ingredients:
1 ripe and spotted Banana
2tbsp + 1tsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp + 1tsp Almond Butter
2 1/4 cups Almond Milk

BLEND BLEND BLEND!

To cook:
Lightly grease your pan with coconut oil. Once the pan is thoroughly heated, add a few scoops of the batter. Using a circular motion and the back of a spoon spread out the batter evenly to ensure a thin and smooth crepe.
Once the top is no longer wet, carefully flip your crepe.

Stuff your crepes with your favourites! (vegan nutella, berries, cashew cream, apples, peanut butter and bananas, below with your favourite way to eat crepes! I love hearing from you 🙂
