We all want optimal health, to be vibrant, have lots of energy, be in excellent physical and mental health, and prevent disease and aging. But how do we do this?

In this public talk learn that optimal health is having enough molecules and nutrients to run the body properly, for growth, maintenance and repair, and to help prevent health issues. The problem is even if you think you eat all the right foods, you are most likely not getting all the nutrients your body needs from your food. With less nutrients in the soil, with increased levels of stress, and with our environment and food system being exposed to more and more toxins and chemicals then even, there is an even greater need for nutrients in our bodies for everyone. You will be engaged by the foundations of getting the right molecules from the right nutrients to get healthy and stay healthy.
