Nutrition for Weight Loss

The video is all about the 310 nutrition program. I recently started using the program and have lost 20 pounds in just a short amount of time! I get asked so many questions about what I am doing to achieve my weight loss goals that I decided to make a video and explain what 310 is and what products they offer. I currently drink 2 shakes per day and I have 1 light meal (lunch or dinner) and some sort of a snack between meals. 310 has helped me keep the weight off even when I have a cheat day because a girl has got to live and indulge in the finer things in life!
