Confidence didn’t come easily to me. I haven’t always felt comfortable in as many situations as I do now. It took some work, but if you just try, you will slowly gain confidence.

I didn’t mention in the video but there are many other elements involved in gaining confidence. The most important is that you really must believe in yourself. If you don’t think you can, you probably can’t.

Don’t make goals that are too big. If it seems too difficult, make a smaller goal.

I can’t believe I left this out. Eat healthy! The better you eat the better you will feel AND look. You will be more motivated, you will have more energy, you will feel and look more vibrant!

All of this plays into feeling more confident and will help you achieve what we talk about in the video.
