Nutrition is often synonymous with being expensive but this doesn’t have to be the case. By simply getting yourself a sprouting jar / tray or a mason jar and some cheese cloth you can start sprouting beans which have a full spectrum of nutrition. Beans are dirt cheap, keep for a long time and are nutritious! They can be eaten alone or added to meals for added nutrition and flavor!
