DIY make your own Larabars. Vegan, simple, raw and delicious. Easy to make and So tasty with simple nutritious ingredients. So simple… you can make your own! My favourite flavour is chocolate chip so I decided to show you how to make your own version. I actually prefer these over the original… but i’m slightly biased 😉 You’re gonna have to make your own if you want to find out for yourself!

RECIPE:

1 cup of Cashews (unsalted, raw)
1 + 1/4 cup of medjool dates (pitted)
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1+1/2 – 2 tbsp of chocolate chips

1. Add all ingredients to the food processor except the chocolate chips and blend.
2. Once combined add your chocolate chips and blend quickly on low.
3. Pour into a ban lined with parchment paper and the bars down so they’re even and compact.
4. Refrigerate for 1 + 1/2 hours
5. Enjoy!
