Knowing how to read labels, grams, fat, protein, carbohydrates and calories are important to understand and be aware of. you want to lose some weight, gain some muscle, or get a flat stomach or 6 pack abs? It’s worthwhile to learn about what you’re eating. You are what you eat, and what you eat will have an affect on your energy, weight, health and much more! If you’ve never looked at the nutrition label, it might be time to start. This video will help break it down and simplify it for you.
