Back to health vlogging! This week I make some delicious Juices and a shake. I’m sort of a mess in the kitchen, but even I can pull it together to make health happen. Recipes are below. Enjoy!

1 large cucumber
1 large green apple
1 1/2 inch piece of ginger
1cup fresh cilantro
CARROT SURPRISE aka POTASSIUM MASH aka PUKE PARTY
(what will make it probably better)
1/2 a lemon peeled
1/2 cup of spinach
easy on the parsley
1 cup mixed frozen mango and peaches
1 teaspoon of cardamom
1/4 cup of almond butter
1 1/2 cup water
1 cup of ice
4 dates (if you’re crazy!)
