Question about honey, do you eat it? I’ve seen other vegans treating it as animal products and exploitation, but I don’t think its harming the bees. Honey is great for energy much better than refined sugars.
Hey Steve, Great videos. I m just starting into lifting and i have been reading a lot of amount of protein intake. How much protein do you think a normal healthy person would need? I read online that one should take about 150-180gms of protein a day. I m not very convinced with this though.
Question: I am a 27 female, doing an average of 10-15K per day,
I enjoy running a lot. Once a week I even do 23K (a 2 hour run), and in some days I do extra spinning or weight lifts. So I’m quite active.
How many calories should I consume in order to lose weight, but not to starve myself (because sometimes that results in binge eating)
Would want to loose just around 3/4 kg in order to be lean 🙂
Your advice would really a lot.
should I pay attention on the number of calories, or just eat whenever I’m hungry?
And I usually work out in the evening, an by the time I’m done, it around 8 pm. Should I eat something afterwards?
Is it a must?
