Here are the main 3 exercises I go through on my leg days. It’s nothing crazy, I keep it pretty simple.

I like to combine lighter weight/higher reps with some heavier weight/lower reps. On many days I will add a variety of other movements to this including ab work in-between sets. If people are interested I can do a follow up that includes those.

Deadlifts usually come on pull-days, since I know I will get a couple people mentioning it. for watching. Video suggestions and questions down below please!
