Gather the ingredients and follow the tutorial!

Ingredients:
3 slices gala apples
1 small floret brocolli
2 cups Power Greens
4 tbsp. wild blueberries
4 chunks organic mango
one carrot
one kiwi
4 pcs. raw walnut
1/2 banana
6 thick slices cucumber
1 cup coconut water
1 scoop Trader Joe’s super green supplement
1 tsp. chia seeds
1/4 cup water

required: Nutri bullet 4 cup serving
* or use a blender
*or smoothies machine
for more protein add:
*1/2 cup soy milk or milk
* 2 tbsp. greek yogurt
