Food prep should be simple, quick and easy. I am uploading a series of videos that shows how I efficiently prep 4-5 days worth of food at a time, by multi-tasking so I make the most use of the time involved.
Prep the meat first. Chicken, fish (the only white fish I eat now is Sole), and ground turkey or chicken. Preheat the oven to 350. Take everything out of the packages and put them in there cooking dishes. Trim off any excess fat that might be on the chicken. Put the ground turkey/chicken in a bowl so you can mix in the spices with it (shown later). As you can see I slice the chicken and stuff it with garlic and Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette. I add the same to the fish. I’ve also been using a lot of Mrs. Dash lately. They have like 30 different flavors. Chicken and Fish – Prepped!
