Detox Dieting


This version of my Diet is tried and true and always works for me. I usually end up losing about a pound a day, especially at the beginning, and generally start to feel and look better really quickly. If you want to try it with me, let me know so we can power through it together!! You can do it for just a few days and it will work really well, but for best results try and do it for a chunk of time. I usually do it for 21 days at a time or more.
