Hey everyone! Sorry for the delay in uploading any videos, I have been busy with clients, work and I am in the process of moving. Thank you for your patience!

Here is my pull day workout routine. Remember to always have good form, use added weight that is relevant to how much you can lift and use BODY weight only if you are are just starting out.
