Steel Cut Oatmeal Breakfast
1 cup Steel Cut Oatmeal
1/2 cup dried Organic cranberries and plums
5 cups water
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
*optional add toasted almond slivers for an extra crunch

Portion out oatmeal to 1/2 cup per day
Eat with a protein shake for breakfast
