Nutritional Information:
Roughly per Batch:
– Protein = 70g
– Fats = 35g
– Carbs = 124g
– Calories =1325g

What you’ll need:
– 3x Large(ish) ripe(ish) bananas
– 1 Cup Rolled oats or Musli
– 1/4 cup Coconut Flakes
– Stevia (or another low fat sweetener)
– 1-2 Scoops Protein Powder

Method:
– Prehead oven to 175c (350fh) fan fed
– Mash bananas in bowl
– Add all ingredients
– Stir until it resembles dough
– Scoop on to baking tray and bake for 20-25 mins (check)
