I’m here to tell you that veganism complicates nutrition. It doesn’t complicate it because vegan foods are inherently inferior in some way. We know many vegan foods are extremely healthy.

Nor does veganism complicate things because it’s impossible to reach certain (strength/size) goals as a vegan. It certainly is possible. No; from a certain point of view, veganism complicates nutrition because, like being selective about anything, it limits your choices.

In another sense, veganism actually *simplifies* nutrition because it places a strict discipline on what you can and cannot eat. But that is the subject of another video.
