One week sugar detox / diet – recipes, tips & meal plan to lose pounds – Pt 3
Day 3 of my one week detox and so far I have lost over 3 pounds! I am feeling a lot healthier already, less bloated, and more energetic.
Here is what I ate yesterday for Day 2:
-2 Boiled Eggs
-Garden Detox Salad: with Maple Vinaigrette Dressing: pieces zucchini bread from Recipe cup butternut squash with cinnamon and 1 tsp butter – Watch my EASY method for cooking squash here: bowl garden detox soup:
-Lots of water, 1 cup sweet n spicy tea: Exercise:
-3 mile walk
-2 mile bike ride
