Nutrition for Weight Loss


Food science! Want to loss weight, take control of your blood sugar? Eat fresh and healthy and FEEL full? As a registered nurse working for over twenty plus years with a populace of heart disease, diabetes, chronic GI issues, obesity, malnourished..I KNOW how to do nutrition! AND I know how to cook!
THIS meal is fortified and VERY specific with EACH ingredient!
THERE is purpose to all of it

The healthy fats, such as the avocado and the egg salads (homemade from scratch) all give you GOOD fat and a feeling of satiety (fullness) THAT why I add them to the fresh greens..WHICH you need for your vitamins and GUT health!
Also, the nuts..very good for sugar regulation if your a diabetic.
The zucchini patties also add some protein and some more green health. You can add powdered FLAX to them also to beef them up a bit! BE creative
BUT these is in this bowl a combination of food that provides good fats, NO SUGAR…good protein, and a nice mix of antioxidants. FOOD is a science..USE it to benefit you!!

1/4 cup raw nuts
Scoop of Egg Salad (homemade..see my video)
