Raspberry and coconut protein sludge

1 scoop of Tao Nutrition Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tbs Peanut Butter
2 tbs Sugar Pancake Syrup
Half a cup of Greek Yogurt

Mix all the ingredients together into a bowl and top with dried flaked coconut and raspberries. The sludge can then be left in your fridge for couple of hours to thicken. This recipe is also delicious if it’s partially frozen and then mixed up.

Tao Nutrition Vegan Protein Hot Chocolate

2 and a half cups of almond milk
1 scoop of Tao Nutrition Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tbs Raw Cacao Powder
1 tbs Coconut Sugar

Blend ingredients in vitamix blender on high for 5 minutes until the hot chocolate is aerated and warm. If you don’t have a vitamix blender, simply mix the ingredients together and heat it gently in a saucepan.

Protein Pizza

1 scoop of Tao Nutrition Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup Egg Whites
1 – 2 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
Small handful of fresh Oregano Leaves
3/4 cup Oats

Peheat oven to 170C or 340F.

Mix all ingredients and fry on a non stick pan. I used some butter spray so that the pizza base didn’t stick to the pan. Flip the pizza base to cook the other side.

Bake the pizza base onto a tray lined with baking paper and top with your desired ingredients.

Bake until the cheese is nice and melted.

Protein Smoothie Balls

12 Medjool Dates
1 cup Oats
1/2 cup Dried Coconut
1 scoop of Tao Nutrition Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder

Blend ingredients until it resembles breadcrumbs and mix in 150g natural peanut butter.

Roll mixture into balls. Store in resealable plastic bag in the can throw one or two of the smoothie balls into your smoothies along with chunks of frozen banana and some almond milk.

French Protein Toast topped

2 Eggs
1 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
1 scoop of Tao Nutrition Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tbs Natural Peanut Butter
1 tbs Maple Syrup

Mix ingredients together and coat slices of bread with the mixture.

Cook both sides of the coated bread in a non stick pan.

I used some butter spray in the pan just to make sure the french toast would not stick to the pan.

Once your french toast is cooked, top it with some banana, cinnamon and maple syrup.
