Here is a simple and delicious, high protein, vegan recipe. After I saw a friend of mine on post his version of this, I decided to make my own and share it with you guys.

Recipe:
3 cups (2 cans) chickpeas
12 cup chopped onion
12 cup sunflower seeds
12 cup pumpkin seeds
14 cup hemp seeds
14 nutritional yeast
1-2 tsp black pepper
14 tsp garlic powder & onion powder

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins. Let cool when done and place on a bed of greens or mixed veg. for watching, let me know if you try it!
