Sanda’s passion for sports, fitness and overall health and well-being stems from her childhood and teenage years, when she was involved in several sports, speed-skating, skiing, playing She was on most school athletic teams ranging from track and field to biking to handball and just loved being active and spending time outdoors. Having a solid base of experience coupled with the required theoretical knowledge for training and human anatomy, Sanda is able to help her clients reach their fitness goals.

Exercise and nutrition go hand-in-hand because they complement each other and together form the basis of a healthy lifestyle. Sanda expanded her knowledge about nutrition through self-directed study and reading, seminars and courses.
