FOR NEW VIDEOS: what’s a superfood? Hmmmm…. if you ask 20 experts this question, you’d most likely get 20 different answers. That is because there is no real standard on what “superfood” really means.
To me a superfood is a compound that contains a high amount of different nutrients (phytonutrients, enzymes, vitamins, minerals) and that also has health benefits. In other words, these are foods that make you look and feel SUPER!

This highly nutritious fruit has a high of essential and beneficial oils, making it suitable to be eaten with other foods.
