Triathlete nutrition tips at As a triathlete, I’m always looking for healthy meals that will not only power me through tough workouts, but are also quick, easy and convenient.

When it comes to breakfast, I usually try to eat something that won’t weigh me down, but that gives me enough energy to get through a workout and so when Bob’s Red Mill 7 Grain Hot Cereal my eye, I decided to give it a try.
