Today I went to a lab and had them take blood for a vegan nutritional analysis blood test. They will test me for vitamins and minerals to see if I am deficient. I be low in B-12, zinc or iron. These are typical deficiencies for vegans and also vegetarians. I’ll get my testing results back in 5-7 days. No, I’m not going to go back to being a meat eater under any circumstances.
