A variety of warm ups and stretches I do before my workouts. I don’t do all of these before every workout, but a good variety of them every time and it has seemed to help me a lot.

I generally hold the stretches for 30-40 seconds and the whole warmup (including the bike) takes me about 10-15 minutes.

It seems like a long time, but trust me it is worth it! Your workouts will be better, you will be less injury prone which will in turn lead to more gains.
