A note on calories:

I’m a HUGE advocate for not counting calories. I included them in this video for a few reasons:
1. Calories in do NOT equal calories out. Focusing on nutrition is much more important than counting calories. I have been non-restrictive on my calories for over 2 years now and I have never been in better shape. Eat well, eat intuitively, and the results will follow without stressing about numbers.
2. In my past What I Eat videos, I have seen saying I eat very small meals/I’m not eating enough. I wanted to show that I listen to my body daily, and some days I eat more than others. Today I ate close to 3,000 calories whereas yesterday I was probably closer to 1800. My appetite and hunger levels fluctuate and I adjust accordingly 🙂
