Potato Bake Recipe:
Serves 2-3

Ingredients for sauce:
1 cup soaked raw cashews
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp vegetable stock powder
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp cracked pepper
1/2 – 1 cup almond milk (add in 1/2 cup then blend and slowly add in the next 1/2 cup until mixture is thin)

Mushrooms:
2 shiitake mushrooms
1-2 tsp tamari sauce
1 tsp bbq sauce
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

I made double the batch of sauce and used 5-6 medium potatoes!
Bake at 200 degrees celsius for roughly 30 minutes.
