Here is my first what I eat in a day as a HCLF vegan. I try to stick to the 80/10/10 diet.
I know some of you might say that either my breakfast should be more calories or all together 1400 is not enough but this is what makes me feel good.
I don’t work out or anything so there’s no way I could burn off extra calories if I ate them.
Of course not every day is 1400 kcal. Don’t worry!
